17 Jan Rose + Lime Spritzer Recipe

We thought we would share this gorgeous, non-alcoholic spritzer recipe with you. But you could totally tweak it if need be. *wink wink*

Serves: 6 glasses

Ingredients
7 limes
6 fragrant pink roses
2 tablespoons rosewater
1 litre lemonade
1 litre soda water
6 tall glasses

Method

Juice 3 of the limes. Cut 3 of the remaining limes into thin wedges, and the last lime into wheels. Remove the petals from the roses and rinse under cold water.

Combine the lime juice and rosewater in a 3 litre capacity jug and stir.

Add the lemonade, soda water, half of the lime wedges, and half of the rose petals and stir gently.

To serve, place a small amount of ice in each glass. Follow with a lime wedge, a rose petal, more ice, another lime wedge and a rose petal. Top with more ice.

Fill with the rose spritzer mix and top with a single rose petal and a lime wheel.
