Safer Internet Day – play it safe and fair online.

February 8th 2022 is Safer Internet Day, eSafety  are calling on everyone to play it safe and fair online.

There are lots of great ideas to be found when you go to the government website where the eSafety’s education and training team has created a range of online resources to support schools and the community. The material is designed for different age groups and includes school surveys, a parent webinar, a Virtual Classroom event and a free storybook with a song.

Discover eSafety’s new classroom resource featuring beach volleyball player Taliqua Clancy, Paralympic swimmer Grant ‘Scooter’ Patterson and netballer, Caitlin Bassett.

Safer Internet Day is a global campaign dedicated to creating a safer online world for everyone.

The 2022 campaign theme is #PlayitFairOnline and eSafety has produced a wide range of resources to help Australians to stay safe and have fun when they are online. You can use the resources in their campaign kit to spread the word about Safer Internet Day 2022 and raise online safety awareness at home, school, work and in the community.
