Andy Griffith reads his ‘117-storey treehouse’ for Camp Quality

The award-winning children’s author will film a reading of his new book the 117-storey treehouse to bring fun and laughter to kids facing cancer and kids around Australia.

A digital premiere of Andy’s virtual reading went  live on Friday 12th June at 8pm EST. The video can be found on Camp Quality’s Happiness Hub – the new online home of Camp Quality services and programs. The video will join the likes of John Heffernan’s ‘The Island’ under the Campfire Storytime initiative, which brings Australian authors to kids through virtual book readings.

Camp Quality is a charity that knows the importance of laughter and fun to these children—and their families—who need it more than ever.” says Andy Griffiths.

Deborah Thomas, Camp Quality CEO says “Andy Griffiths is a true superstar to our kids.  It is fantastic to have him on board and helping us do what we do best, giving kids facing cancer the chance to laugh, have fun and just be kids again. Anyone can check out our Happiness Hub – it is chock full of fun activities and videos and is accessible to all.”

Andy’s live reading was posted to the Campfire Storytime section (at Happiness Hub) on the 12th June.
