Featuring interviews, never-before-seen concept artwork, an amazing display of vintage consoles and collectable items, and 80 playable games, visitors won’t want to leave!

It has since toured to nine museums worldwide including venues in the USA, Germany, New Zealand, Scotland and Sweden. Much loved by audiences around the globe, the exhibition has been updated to include the latest gaming blockbusters as well as Australian creations.

GMasters-ACMI-4044 smallGame Masters is divided into three sections: Arcade Heroes, Game Changers and Indies. It features unique experiences such as a spectacular multiplayer dance stage for Dance Central 3 (2012), hands-on experiential music booths and a selection of original classic arcade machines from the 1970s and ‘80s acquired especially for the exhibition, all playable in their original form. See the full list of 80 playable games and their Australian classifications.

Entries close September 26 – at midnight. Winners will be notified via email within three days of the closing date (make sure to check your junk folder) and published on the website. If the winners cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Giveaways are open to Australian residents who are able to visit Canberra during the time the Exhibition is open.

The exhibition is open daily 10am–4pm from Friday 27 September 2019 until Monday 9 March 2020.
